Account deletion

If one of our applications lets you create an account, you can delete it at any time. You do not need to have the application installed to make the request.

Delete from the web

Email info@nigmatic.pro from the address registered to the account, with the word “Delete” in the subject line. Tell us which application the account belongs to. We may ask for information to confirm your identity before we act on the request.

Delete in the app

Open the application’s settings, go to Account and choose Delete account.

What happens next

We delete the personal data associated with your account within 30 days of the request. Records we are required to keep by law, for example for tax or accounting purposes, are kept for the period the law requires and are not used for anything else.
